Unable to apply duplicate chamfer on same feature.

I am able to create a .03 fillet along the edge of side A, but not on side B. The front pivot bracket was created from a single extrude command so the shape has to be symmetric. Anyone know why fillet can't be created on side B?

Not sure where is the side B for the fillet failure. Can you use a picture to show the position?

not sure were your talking about either, but at this location you created what's called a non-manifold face.  eats the lunch of must cad systems.  either increase the over lap, or make a clear separation of those faces.

Sorry for the long time between this reply. Been off the computer for a while.

I created a new photo to better identify the corner where the fillet can't be created.

Corner B accepted the fillet command. Corner A will not accept the fillet command. Gives an error.

As stated before, the shape was extruded from Profile Z.

As @laughingcreek said there is a non-manifold face/edge on the corner of A side. Refer to the attached picture. I tried to add a small piece in here and then added the fillet, after the fillet, removed the small piece again. I know this is a bad modeling experience, but just want to show the issue and workaround in here. Refer to the model for details.
