Two quick questions about sketch workflow

I have come across these two problems before and I was wondering if anyone had any advice please so I can improve my future workflows:

Here I have two squares that will act as tabs on the edge of the main body (a rectangle). The midpoint of the main body is marked with the dashed orange construction line.

I would like to constrain the tabs so that they are exactly centred on the midpoint construction line.

The workaround I found was to draw a construction line down the midpoint of the tab and then add a collinear constraint between this line and the body midpoint construction line as below:

This did actually work and I'm confident that I will later be able to change parameters whilst maintaining the relationship between the two shapes, but I'm wondering if there is a better (simpler) way of doing this?

My second issue (which I haven't been able to solve) is that I need to create a circle in the centre of this tab. I've run into this issue before and I have not been able to centre a circle or polygon within a rectangle so any advice on this would be hugely appreciated please! This is what my sketch looks like currently:

As you can see it is off centre and I'm not sure how to remedy this, as Fusion will not let me select the tab (the square) when trying to use the MidPoint constraint.

Draw a diagonal line and drag the circle to that center.

Hi,

familiarize yourself with the vertical/horizontal constraints
