Two Bodies not combining for some reason?????

Hi

I am in the process of rehashing a old project I did and tidying up things.

I need to combine a set of parts I created to make bigger parts for 3d printing.

I could combine a number of the parts but for some reason this part doesn't want to play nice.

The front side wont combine to the rest and gives me weird errors.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have attached the specific part for you to look at.

for Combine to work, the bodies must overlap.  Using the Interference command, you can see that there is no overlap
