This design will not work very well. If you turn the treat 180 deg and make another cut you will see that there will be a lot of collition. I'm trying to find a way to cut turning while moving both parts. You could turn the treat 1deg a time and cut as you go but that is alot a cuts for 1 tooth to pattern...

Hi,

As kubbenga.pvcvloeren stated, it is good enough for presentation, but not for 3D print. Worm wheel is lacking evolvent profile.

That's why I'v created 'simply' script cutting/generating a worm gear good enough for printing.

Alas, the script does run properly. It freezes Fusion360.
