turning a complete design into parts on a sprue tree

Hi all, it's my first time to post.

Long story short, I have designed a very basic scale model with around 20 parts.  Now I have completed the design of the complete assembly and would like to lay all the parts onto a sprue tree, hoping to create a mold for injection molding later.

But it doesn't seem to have a ready command or workflow for this.  Do I need to move the individual components around and decide on the parting lines in the process?

Any ideas are welcomed.  Many thanks in advance.

You'll have to do this manually, There is no command or particular injection molding functionality here.

Can you File >Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here?

Did you Attach the correct file?

This geometry is not ready for injection molding?

Which components (by name) do you want to injection mold?

oh yes, i forgot to scale down the thing yet so it's now obviously too big for anything.

i am thinking to scale it down to 1/12 after the final bits are there and then intend to arrange all the components onto a single or two sprues.

I have never do any mold design before so it's my first.  Also, I am not immediately thinking about getting a block of metal CNC. What I am thinking is to 3d print out the sprue tree, then probably get a resin mold out of the print out then do casting.

Thanks very much.
