Trying to make a tapered manifold using sweep on a coil that has a radius

I'm making a manifold for a wind turbine that is similar in shape to a spiral rams horn. To produce a coil using the coil tool give a straight axis, and I'm looking for radial axis like as if the rams horn was formed inside a torus. The actual shape starts as a rectangle then tapers in volume at other end.

I'm not one to refuse a gift horse. I could just as well continue to install the foam manifold if it turned out you never returned to the forum, it's really cool to design something on the computer to experiment on ideas with more latitude. A foam manifold can be modified but not many times before it has to start over.

I'm currently in the design phase for the air horn that diverts the wind into the turbine. Air horns like the ones on the titanic are usable, but I'm trying to control the wind to follow a spiral path to the turbine which is a much smaller diameter opening than the horn intake. I think having the wind spiral 1.5x will allow it to be compressed in the smaller opening for the turbine, a turbo effect. I want the turbine to always be over powered so the horn opening diameter will be substantial.  It'll look like a conch shell in structure.

Thank you for your help, I appreciate it

Hi Jason, how are things? Don't know your situation, but if you're able to will you send your design even if it's not finished?
Thnx

Hi Mr J_Payton59,

I am attaching for your perusal a simple attempt of horn modelling, which can be done in gazillions of ways.
Play with the model and twist it further to suit your needs.

Appologies  for the long delay in responding.  Here is the model I made.  I can walk you through the steps if needed.  I simplified the time line as much as I could with the time I had.  you can tweak the dimensions a bit bye double clicking on the dimensions and inputing a different value.

hope you forgive me, I wasn't trying to be rude ignoring you.

It was a technical error I'm the one who didn't know you had sent the render. It was sitting there the whole time I didn't know.

I want to say thank you for doing that.

I'm still trying to educate myself on fusion. The way I'm going about learning is by necessity. To learn tools that get the render I'm looking to make. The timeline is my next necessity to learn. Most of it doesn't make sense at the moment.

Thank you very much
