Trying to fill in sketch but it won`t complete

So I`m trying to fill in the "beak" area on this model and I`ve zoomed into each joint and they look connected to me but it`s still not providing me any options, is it due to the curved splines and different axis as I thought that would be possible.

I`m just trying to get it to do an extrusion/fill kind of operation

Could you share your Fusion file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply
