Trouble in using fusion 360 on MacBook pro

Hello guys,

Can someone help me to know the command for extruding the form in MacBook Pro as there is no Alt in it.

use the "option" key.  I assume that you are talking about adding topology (extrude) while in the Edit Form command in the T-Splines workspace.
