Triangular Sheet Metal Bends

I'm trying to create a unique bent piece, but I'm stumbling a bit in the new workspace.

I am looking to bend a sheet in triangular sections in an accordion style, one bend up, one bend down. I'm having a hard time creating it as a sheet metal part though. I'd like to be able to create the whole part in 3D and then flatten the piece for water jet cutting. I'm able to create the unique sections, but not combine them in a way I can flatten. I've included a picture of the two flanges I created and the combined part I formed from them in the Model workspace

Here are three different ways, second method is probably not going to work because the cut side are not perpendicular with the sheet. File's attached with the last version.

Thanks for the quick solution.

I think method two is actually the best choice for this project because I need the folded part to fit a 2D profile. I'll make a rough folded part and then project a perimeter sketch around that.
