Trapezoid with rounded corners

I'm having trouble getting the drawing i need in to the correct specifications,

I want to create a shape with the sketch dimensions set to the inside of the radius and for the radius to automatically fall between the angle created by this spec.

I have no idea what features or steps i should take to create this. 

Ive attached photos of where im at so far and where i what i want to create.

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Ok as I see it with a quick look there is detail missing. Can you tell us your aim? Is it a gasket of some sort?

Edit: Maybe it's all there let me peruse,

Edit 2: Yes with an assumption (or two) it can be Sketched. Aagain what is your aim? Inches I assume?

You best approach to sketching this, in my opinion, is to place all the outside corners as circles placing one of them on the Origin since it is denoted as 0,0.  Sketch tangent lines between them and trim as necessary.  Model is attached.
