Touble with joints and little warning box

Hello Everyone 🙂

First of all thank you all for being here.  It makes the difference between success and failure.

My problem is joints.   I am trying to get some parts joined and some of them will not.   A little box pops up and tells me there is a conflict.  BUT NOT WHERE IT IS OR ANY HINT to where it is.  I already know I have a problem and then this stupid little box pops and and tells me I have a problem but not where or how.

I made another file and removed the time line but that made no dif so I went back to having the time line.

I deleted all of the joints and started again ....no dif.

I have included the file and a screencast.

Any help or suggestions would be fantastic 🙂

Once I get so that I know what I'm doing I will make sure that I help others as all of you have done for me.

Okay, you forgot to create a component from some of the bodies and that's way you got those conflicts. I'm explaining in the screencast, what you did wrong.
