Toolbar problem

The toolbar is missing the create tool and some of the sketch tools such as mirror and Thread are not on display. Is this a technical issue or a system update gone wrong? I have hit the reset to default button and nothing change.

Have you tried right click on the toolbar and Show All Hidden Panels? Some full screen screengrabs will help sp wee can see what you're seeing.

One thought, are you in edit form mode. Is there a finish Form button on the toolbar?
