Titleblock tutorial

Is there a video (or any) tutorial on how titleblocks work now?  It used to be straightforward but now I cannot seem to modify the titleblock information.  When I do it just deletes whatever is there and it becomes blank.  I need to create a bunch of drawings and I have the titleblock that I have been using for a couple years and now can't seem to use it.  Help, I'm pulling my hair out.  My searches have only found old tutorials (that show what was so easy to be essentially obvious).

edit titleblock

Thanks!  I was selecting Edit Title Block first and then my edits would disappear when I selected OK.  Never thought to double click the field and enter data first.  Thanks for pointing that out!
