Title block -- insert image

I am making a new drawing template, with a "from scratch" title block. The "Insert Image" business has me completely stumped. I recall seeing discussion of custom logo needing to be a DWG file format, but I have tried that as well as PDF, and I simply don't seem to be getting any feedback from Fusion as to what is going on after I select one or the other. I would expect to see some sort of "OK, where does it go?" response. Three questions:

1. What formats are required for insertion of a company logo on a custom title block?

2. Is there some non-intuitive command sequence or other skullduggery required?

3. What should I see from the software after selection of an image from a directory location?

I am assuming your have selected the New Drawing Template command.  If so, the process is very easy.  Take a look at the screencast.

Thanks for the feedback. Your screencast answered the principal question, which was what format is required for the image that is to be inserted. Worked fine after that hurdle was jumped.

On a related topic, it seems that the title block editor doesn't want to behave with respect to turning off snaps. I have snaps and grid UN-checked in the Title Block Palette but I am still seeing snap behavior when I am adding text. Very annoying, as it seems that you have to just splatter it in wherever the software wants it to go, then move it in another operation.  Perhaps I'm missing something.
