Can't change display units from metres to mm in parasolid file

Just uploaded a parasolid file into Fusion and I am unable to change units from metres (or meters for US friends) to millimeters. I have tried changing all my preferences and they have no effect on the units displayed when measuring or in the drawing environment.

My units are fine and as per usual when I create a new Fusion file.

I found a fix for new sketches where I just add "mm" to the end of the sketch dimensions, but surely there is an easier way to get the whole document to be in "mm".

Surely there is a simple answer, but I am just not seeing it.

Thanks in advance.

Can you File>Export and then Attach a *.f3d file here that exhibits this behavior?

I can take a couple of screen shots showing the bottom dimensions on a new sketch, which is the same when measuring the part but unfortunately can't share the file due to a non-disclosure agreement. I know it may not help but the best I can do. Untitled 004.png

Document Units?

Delete everything except that sketch and Attach *.f3d file here.

This is the image I would expect to see you Attach...

Thankyou.

I clicked the Doc settings 5 times not seeing the expand/pulldown menu.

@jclark623FM  When you mouse over the units an icon should appear, just click the icon should open the dialog.
