Threads not matching a model size: tried all combinations

Hi everyone,

I just started in 360, I managed to rebuilt a existing model but I can't find a way to replicate the same threads. You can see my model exemple in mesh and my solid body underneath... Is there an option I'm missing? I changed various designations and classes but can find the right one...

Do you know what diameter and pitch/TPI the thread is? If you don't know, you could create a mesh section sketch and dimension or measure the thread profile. If you can't find the diameter/pitch combination in the available Fusion threads then come back here with the info and we'll see what we can do.

If this answers your question please mark the thread as solved as it can help others find solutions in the future.

I've created a Windows application (and now Mac as well) for creating custom thread files for Fusion. You can find out about it here. Hope you find it useful.
If you need to know how to offset threads for 3D printing then I've created a guide here which you might find useful.
If you would like to send me a tip for any help I've provided or for any of my software applications you've found useful, you can do this via my Ko-Fi page here.

Have you ascertained what the thread is? Where did the Mesh file come from and is the part really that large or is this a scaling error? Can you share your file?
