Thermal Simulation of Heat Transfer between parallel plates in air

Hi,

I have been trying to do a thermal simulation, and really struggling with the setup since this is my first time in thermal.

My scenario has 2 parallel plates inside a box made of steel. To simplify the setup, I have not included any mounting brackets, and I have kept the steel plates floating. One of the steel plates have a heater attached and is maintained at 100C. The other plate is smaller, and has a separation of about 100mm from the first plate. I want to estimate the temperature of the smaller plate. Below are the approx. dimensions and properties:

Outer steel box: 500x500x500 mm, and is made up of 3mm Mild Steel with Black Powder Coating.

Heater Plate: 300x300 mm, 2mm Mild Steel with Black Powder Coating. Temperature Maintained at 100 C, by heater.

Receiver Plate: 70x70 mm, 2mm Stainless Steel

Room Temperature Outside the Outer steel box: 25 C

Can someone guide me on how to setup the simulation for this scenario? I have set the component positions, but I do not now what type of thermal loads to give on each surface. Also should I manually add an AIR component? If yes, how do I do that?

Below are images of the setup. The box is closed on all sides. However I had attached an image without one side to show the plates inside.
