Thermal simulation gives negative result, with 0C held temp.

I have an outer wall set to an applied temp 0C and multiple heat loads on a circuit board. The path to this 0C is the only way heat can flow. 

 

There are a couple negative temps showing up, i.e -1.478C shown in the attached image.  Any ideas why?

I agree, that doesn't seem correct. Would it be possible to share the model setup so we can take a closer look?
