Imported SVG files have incorrect paths

Importing SVG files is an incredibly unreliable feature. Some of the time the files will import (nearly) perfect and look the way they were intended to look. Other times the SVG file will import and have incorrect lines/paths. No rhyme or reason for this. I have had it happen when using the exact same file where it imports once fine and the next time has incorrect lines. Every time, regardless of whether the lines are correct or not, the file will import at the wrong size. I think it is ridiculous that I need to ask if there any work arounds to get the file to import correctly. It should just work. Especially since this is an ongoing issue. But here I am, asking if there is any new information on this problem since two years ago when soeren9JZTT created a post asking the same exact question. Which has over 900 views... and is just one example of the many threads on this problem. I've tried a number of the suggestions from that thread and others like it and none of them have worked for me. I have attached the SVG file in question. Opens as it should in every application except fusion. Have saved it five different ways and still the problem persists. Which is strange because the first two files I created and saved as SVG imported fine. They were all simple crest shapes and I used the exact same method to create and save the files.

Hi,

In this context, I would like to point out that every time data is imported, the data and its structures change.

This happens even if conversions are not performed at the same time.
All file formats and applications are more or less affected. However, my experience shows me that especially graphic or vector data are exposed to these risks.
