There is no object with ID 2013082029059 present

Hello

I'm trying to open one of my older designs but get the message "Open is unavailable" in Fusion360.

When I go to A360 I get "There is no object with ID 2013082029059 present" when opening the project that the design should belong to.

When I search for the design in A360, I find the design, but when clicking on the search result to open it I get "Sorry. The project you are trying to access has been deactivated by the administrator."

How can this be resolved?

Further findings:

I seem to have two Hubs. I don't know why. I need only one.

When I try to switch Hubs nothing happens in Fusion360. In A360 I see the other Hub but I'm not able to switch.

I have signed out and in from A360 and Fusion360 (both at the same time) and the tried again without success.

Hi Daniel,

Sounds like you have deactivated your project. You need to go to A360 look at your Archived projects and select Restore.
