Hi,

try clean uninstall.

Then download the latest trial versin of Fusion 360 an install it.

For Windows: Open up your Task Manager, click More Details and search for anything called streamer and Self extractor for Autodesk Streaming then end those tasks then reopen your Fusion 360 Client Downloader. This should help

i don't know if this will work with Linux or MacOS
