I rebooted my machine, I singed off and back in a gain.

I still get the Term Expired message.

Hi @TrippyLighting,

I'm struggling to track down your account in our system (probably because I'm looking for the wrong email address as a reference), could you collect some diagnostic logs so we can confirm your details.

Thanks,

Hi Peter,

Thanks to Matt and some other developers, we have done some investigation.  We believe the data is correct on our back end (entitlements).  Are you still seeing this issue?

Thank you,

Hi @kris_berg @matt.pooley it looks like the issue has corrected itself overnight and we're back to normal.

Thanks for looking into it!
