Sweeping using a path and guide surface

Hi,

I would like to ask whether it is possible to sweep the profile so that it includes the radius as shown in Picture 2, so that the profile has also a radius of 200.

At the moment, I am creating the sweep using a path and a guide surface (blue = surface, red = path), as shown in Picture 1 (“sweep along path with guide surface”).

Thank you in advance for your help.

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.

I set the radius, but I’m having problems with sweeping along the path. I would like to sweep along the edge. I’ve attached the model.

Thanks.

Do you know how to set Radius of the sweeped part to 200mm?

I assume you meant diameter rather than radius, but if you really meant radius simply edit the diameter to 400.

Thank you for your help.
I was referring to the radius, as shown in Picture 2.
I tried to sweep the profile along the path on the body and used a guide rail with a body that has a radius of 200, but unfortunately not successful.

Hey, I did it the way it’s shown in the file, but I’m not happy with how it turned out.
Do you maybe have another idea for a cleaner solution?
For instance, the length of the swept part changes, and the thickness does too— is there a way to adjust or fix that?
Thanks a lot for your help!
