sweeping profile to a point. (wing)

I am still in the process of trying to design a wing. I have been using the sweep function as it seams to be a little easier to get to work than loft however I cant get the profile to sweep all the way to the point or figure out how to finish the wing tip off. I did a very crude version were I just stoped it short and did a little fillet but it doesn't look great. can anyone first tell me what I have to do to get the sweep to go to a point? I ether get

Error:   Cannot calculate sweep frame

or

Error:   The sweep would intersect itself.
Try reducing the size of the profile, removing regions of high curvature from the path, or try creating the shape using multiple operations.

I am not at Fusion for the rest of the day,  It will be a Loft, from there out, I can't see sketches in A360.

You need some distance from the profile to the point to get it to work, and quite a few rails, to maintain the shape.

Dependent on the geometry, you may get away with a variable fillet.

For the time being, try Patch Loft for top surface, and a second one for the lower surface, and possibly a combination of three lofts, I have to test with Fusion later, before I can say it works or not.

Does this area need to be shelled to the skin thickness, or left solid?

Later....

I had a look at the file, the tip section can be lofted with the Patch Loft tool,

There are problems with the rail - profiles not intersecting, but was able to create a top skin and a bottom skin.

They will stitch together, but with out rails, the appearance will be of a straight edge being dragged over the airfoil from the stationary trailing edge point.  Should be ok, seeing it is only 13mm along the tip rib, and 1.6mm deep.

might help...
