Have you tried Loft? It would be easier to help if you export the design as an F3D file and attach to this thread.

Another option might be to project a center line between the two curves and use pipe.

Something like this

Hi @Anonymous

@HughesTooling has a couple good suggestions.

I'm going to suggest using Patch + Thicken.

This video, by @keqingsong has a very similar workflow.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iz59S6CL7l0

In these pictures, I tried to make a nice design like yours for clarity. The main workflow is:

1. Copy the solid body that is split.

2. Turn off the original body visibility.

3. Go to Patch workspace > Delete a face from the new construction body you just made.

4. Now your construction body is a Patch body. You can use Thicken.

5. Thicken the ribs.

6. You will need to turn on visibility of the construction body each time.

7. You can then decide to keep them as separate bodies/components, or join them using Combine to the main body.

8. Add fillets as needed.

(sorry I had some serious technical issues and I'd rather post this now for you, I can redo this in a video if you like)

(in Patch space delete a face from your construction body)

Please let us know if you have more questions.

The thicken was the ticket. Press Pull did weird things on the surfaces 90 deg from the pull direction.

Glad to hear it, glad to help.

Thanks for asking and thanks to all the other responders. This one was fun!
