Sweep - Issue with the last profile and guide rail segment causing error

Hi, 

I'm trying to sweep a profile with a guide rail as seen in the attached model. It all works fine until the last segment. I'm getting the error "The path is not smooth". I'm not able to identify the issue. Hope some of you can help.
