Enable the ability to use the "Distance" field in the Sweep dialog to adjust the overall length of a sweep function by either percentage or mm distance. Distance in mm (or inches) would be so useful as I don't know offhand what percentage of an unknown length is to achieve an 80mm sweep without first measuring and then calculating.
Further to this you also cannot extend past 100% or "1.00" as specified by the dialogue box, even though in that view it reads as though you can given there are two decimal places. It would be so useful to extend past a sweep line without having to create extra geometry in a sketch such as a reference line - saves a step. See screen-cast below for context:
Please allow:
- the input of values exceeding 1.00 - either in decimal or percentage forms i.e. 1.1 or 110%
- the input of a fixed distance or referenced measurement i.e 80mm (which is not "0.8" except where your path happens to be 100mm)
- the input of a parameter driven measurement i.e D3 or "sweep" (currently it seems as though path and distance are inherently linked)
Not really a bug guys, more of a shortcoming as I think it works as intended but would be nice to see this functionality added.
