Super simple sweep - the body would intersect itself error?

Hi all,

Super silly question I'm sure, I'm trying to do a simple sweep, but it's returning an error that it'd intersect itself.

I've simplified to even try a simple circle and still doesn't work.

I've attached a quick screenshot below - can anyone point out what I'm doing wrong?

Profile is too far away from the Path. 
Normally the path falls within the profile, to eliminate that error.
