Super Simple Plasma Art Not Tooling

I have never had a super simple file like this give me an error, I cannot find the problem and I am pulling hair out. I watched my student create it yet it does not work. Please help!!

The error message would be useful- it's from the CAM set up:

Warning: One or more passes were discarded due to linking constraints.

Warning: No passes to link.

Generation completed with 2 warning(s) in 5.2s.

Warning: Empty toolpath.

I have not managed, after some tweaking, to find the issue.

I have changed setup operation to "cut", added extra stock in case it needs to plunge before cutting, played with Link parameters and nothing. Sorry...

This might also be a good post for the CAM forum. 

Looking at the sketch of this object I can see that there are 2 semi-circles in this object with 0.01mm radius.

When I remove those and make these edges sharp, then everything works.

 

While CNC machines love radii/fillets a fillet this small is really not helpful.
