[Suggestion] Create & assign user parameters on the fly

Allow parameters to be named on-the-fly by providing an input syntax to support this. For example, if I draw a line and type: `0.5mm`, this generates an automatically named 'dNNN' property.

Perhaps allow me to type: `base_width=0.5mm` to turn the auto-property into a user-property, or `width:=0.5mm` if you want a clear disambiguation through other possible lexes of '='.

Fusion 360 already has the functionality you are suggesting.  Take a look at the Screencast.

Hitting '=' in the dimension box didn't work for me because it caused the input box to lose focus. Relatively new keyboard had gotten into a profile that made '=' a special key.
