Substitute for Water when Simulating

Hello. Im trying to model the effects of wind on this water tank when it is full with 5000 L of water (The base of the tank is fixed). But as I discovered you cannot perform a simulation which contains water so what other ways are there? Would it be the same if I removed the water and instead place a 49000 N force acting towards the ground to replicate the force of the water? Capture.PNG
