Submission Problem for Design for Autodesk Project

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I am not sure if anyone is having the same issue as me, but I haven't heard back from Autodesk about my Design for Autodesk Challenge submission. I submitted the project in late April and waited for 6-8 weeks. Upon contacting the help email, they asked me to add the design4autodesk email into the project by going to People > Add in Fusion 360. I did that and then waited for a long time, but didn't hear back from them since then. I tried to email the help email last week, but didn't get any response. I am not sure what I can do to aid the review process of my project.

Thanks,

Tirth

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for pointing to that. It is unfortunate to hear that.

I will bring this up in the Fusion 360. In between, I can share the link to this article here with you.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Hello,

Thanks for writing in.  The D4I team will still review models that are larger than 10mb.  The best way to get them to the team is to host them on a site like google drive, sendspace, or dropbox – then send the file’s URL to the D4I email inbox: design4industry@autodesk.com.  Please also include your full name when you email them, as well as the same image you used when you submitted your CubeSat to the Sqore competition site.  This will help the team cross reference your file with your official submission.

Design 4 Industry team,
