I've the stuck uploads problem again. A number of files queued.

Tried working offline, saving the files offline, then going back online again. No luck.

Internet connection excellent.

Diagnostic logs attached.

(Have fixed this problem before myself following forum hints and deleting various hidden files but understand F360 has been improved since then and this should not be happening....)

Hi @maker9876,

I think I helped you with this last time - lets see what is going on. One thing I noticed from the log files is:

ERROR: Response Data: INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

It seems the log is scattered with these errors. By any chance are you toggling the connection or have a router that might be changing IP addresses/resetting itself?

In any means - my goal is to make sure that the upload queue gets unstuck and that the files that are stuck get pushed through. I do notice that you have a lot of files in the queue (about 54 items I believe). Let me do a little bit of digging and see if we can find the problematic file and get that pipeline "unclogged'.

Also, the local backups of these files are located in the C:/users/<yourusername>/appdata/local/autodesk/autodesk fusion 360/HNDCPSJQH46C\W.login\Q folder if you need access to those .f3d files.

Thanks,

It's been stuck for about 3 days now.

In order to be able to work I developed a methodology involving:

a) go online in order to get the full file browser and find the file I want to work on;

b) open it (99% of the time it's opening a file - the latest version - that was actually saved offline and has not yet uploaded because of jam);

c) then go offline in order to be able to work and ensure saves occur (offline) and enjoy component updates that work;

d) don't go online again until need to find another file (there's no point because nothing's uploading and just get lots of warning messages);
