Stuck uploads

Hello,

Anyone having problems with stuck uploads with Solidworks 2017 files?  I have not been able to upload a file all day, and it happens to be the first I've tried since the19 th of December....and I also just now noticed a "failed translation" error message flash in Fusion...which reminded me I updated my Solidworks over the holidays to SW 2017 SP1.0 from SW 2016 SP 5.0.

Could be related?  If not, anyone have any other advice?

Brian,

Just emailed a diagnostic file.  I tried .step and .iges, both worked (!) (although seemed slow to me)....and then solidworks part file (2017 SP 1) with again failed.

I was also having some difficulty uploading a couple of fairly small files. Finally completed, but I thought I would end up shutting the software down in the middle. Any issues with California flooding involved?

Hey @mbostonsprint - we are indeed having some delays on imports today.  The team has been working to resolve.
