Stuck on a component Curved Object

Hello All,

I am trying to add a latch to my design but fail to see how I can do it. I have attached the f3d and what it shoud look like. Maybe someone has a hint for me.

Lars has a video on how to make a latch although it is with the old UI, the techniques still apply.
