Look at the displacement of the motor after breaking the link of the component.

I'm wondering if the below conversation may also apply here as well.

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/problems-with-xref-parts-moving/m-p/6648131#...

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any questions. If the above discussion does not help, can you share the design with me for a closer look?

Thanks,

Hi Nathan,

The motor is grounded and rigid but the behavior is the same.

Here my designs:

Thanks for sharing those. I'm currently stumped by this one.

I note if you edit RigidJoint 6 there are some missing references errors that I haven't been able to wrap my head around.

I've gone ahead and logged this issue with development reference ID FUS-28672. As soon as I learn more, I'll be sure to circle back here.

Have a great weekend!

@macmanpb I have an update for you on this issue. The issue has been tracked down to a complication mirror component feature and, distributed design. We are targeting a December fix; however, it is still pending validation and approval. Thank you for reporting this issue to us and helping us track this down!
