Hi,

I imported an STL file and it shows up in my data panel.  When I double click to open it, I get a web browser page where I can look at the object but it doesn't open in 'fusion.  What am I missing here?

You can also use the Insert Mesh command from the Insert Menu as well.

If you are in a parametric design, you may need to use Create Base Feature or Create Form first, before the Insert Mesh command will be added to the Insert menu.

I hope that helps.

Thanks,

Another option is to use Upload from Fusions Data Panel and the file will be converted to a Fusion design automatically as it uploads.
