Is it possible to add a new plane that intersects with a body and print (e.g. injection ink) this intercection to use it as a stencil?

probably.  place your plane, create a sketch on the plane, and then do a project/intersect to get a sketch of a cross-section of the body.

if you file/export your .f3d file and share it, or at lest out up some pictures describing what ou want to do you might get more specific help.
