Static Stress producing extremely different results form Nonlinear Static Stress

Hello I am try to simulate a i beam. i performed a Static Stress and a Nonlinear Static Stress and with the same setup I am getting a safety factor of min 15 in the nonlinear and 3 in the Static Stress. what am i doing wrong?

I finally figured it out I did not realize what the step tool was🙄
