Square Box in Fusion

I would like to have the box come in with square corners. Should I just create a face & Extrude? Is there a setting to have the box come in with square corners? Maybe there is a quick way to use modify?

You can select the edges you want sharpened, go to modify and select crease.

You are creating a "Sculpt" box.  Is that really what you want to be creating?  The "Sculpt" workspace is for creating smooth shapes.  If you want a more traditional solid shape, you might want to consider switching to the "Model" workspace:

In this workspace, the Box command produces a box with sharp edges:
