Split fails while it clearly intersects

this works when the patch tool (highlighted in time line) is set to G0 and not G1 !!!

in addition the stitch tool complains about the patch tool not lining up well !!!

check the red internal edges - even with G0 this happens !!!

I'd like to help with this, but the model you posted does not match the images. Do you have a copy of this that contains the geometry shown in the images you posted? That will help me reproduce any problems you are finding.

@Phil.E Wow nice Fusion exported no the state I was in ! Here is the correct version. adjust the patch continuity setting and the split will fail

Did you export from Fusion? That should provide the current state of the model. If you export from A360, I'm pretty sure you just get the last saved version.

I dont use the A360 a lot to be honest.

@Phil.E Great filling up the bug tracker this week I see.

That patch tool really is amazing.

I don't want to see the internal CV and isopram layout but it does do things where in Alias I ah well lets not talk about it ...
