How do i split this body into 2 bodies with this corrugated pattern?

You didn't say which way you wanted the end result, this is one way

I have Lofted to the Origin, circular pattern, then stitch the cutter to be one body, 

Used it to be the cutter in the Split body Command.

Depends on the design intent....
