I think there is more going on here than I first suspected. At first, I was convinced that the problem was the large number of symmetry constraints from the mirrored geometry. Sketch Mirror, when used with large numbers of geometry, is a performance hog.

Usually, I recommend that people should not do this scale of mirroring in a sketch - you are much better off if you build 1/2 the sketch, and do the mirroring in the solid world, instead.
So, I went through and removed all of the symmetry constraints. Even, then, the performance is horrible. This is a complex sketch, but it should be well within Fusion's capability.
However, I went through and deleted all the symmetry constraints, and the performance, while better, is still bad. We will need to dig into this further. Thanks for sharing the model
