Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for posting! I have not seen this issue occur before and have been unable to reproduce it.

If you go to a360.autodesk.com and sign in using your Fusion 360 account information, are you then able to access Slicer? Also, are you currently signed into Fusion 360? It may help resolve this issue to sign out and back into Fusion 360 and A360 (at the link above).

Hopefully this helps! Please let me know if you continue to experience problems - I am happy to continue troubleshooting.

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for the response - I am sorry to hear that that did not work. While I am not really sure how to continue troubleshooting, I have reached out to some internal resources and will keep you posted with any new information I can provide.

In the meantime, have you tried uninstalling the Slicer add-in and then reinstalling it? A fresh install may not trigger whatever flag in A360 is resulting in the permissions error, it may be worth a try!

We apologize for this inconvenience! I'll update this thread as soon as I have anything new to share.

Hi @Anonymous

I just heard back from the team and they are wondering if this is an issue with your antivirus or firewall software. If you temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall softwares on your computer, are you able to access Slicer? Please let me know!

Hi.

I have also stumbled upon the very same problem.

When I try to export my .stl file to Slicer a message pops up telling me I have to agree to Terms and Services and I am being logged out of Fusion at the same time. When I try to log in in Splicer a blank window pops up.

I can't find anything helpful on google either..

Please help

Gentle ping on this issue. I am having the same problem. Upon starting Slicer, I get the dialog asking me to accept the terms of service (TOS). After clicking on the link I am not taken to a TOS page but am able to signin to A360 with no issues. After closing the dialog I try to login via slicer but the signin window is blank.

I am able to signin to Fusion 360 with no problem, and I have shut down both Fusion 360 and restarted my computer to no avail.

Cheers,

Bernie

I gave up using Slicer for fusion360 and used Cura in stead. I am using an ultimaker 2+ printer.

Works Great, I am printing as we speak. 😁

I'm on Mac and also encountering this issue.

  • I'm logged into the autodesk website
  • I'm logged into Fusion 360
  • I've tried re-installing Slicer
  • Upon launching Slicer I get a dialog box that says:

"You need to review and agree to the A360 Terms of Service. Please go to a360.autodesk.com to complete the process."

  • The link in the dialog box redirects me to: https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active
  • After closing the dialog box, if I click the Login button in Slicer, the login window is completely blank, as in the screenshots in this thread.

Hi,
Actually the problem disappeared after a while on my Windows 2000 installation.
A helpful person from Autodesk told me to just ignore the message as there
is no need to sign in to use Slicer.
Meanwhile I cant use Fusion 360 anymore for signin-in-issues, maybe thats part of the same
context.

Same issue here:

- On opening Slicer I'm presented with a notification that I need to accept terms of service.
This doesn't make sense; I have accepted these in the past with account creation.

2019-09-09 20_08_06-Window.jpg

- I'm also having issues with F360 always logging me out

- When I try to sign in with Slicer I'm presented with a blank screen:

This can be inspected and doing so reveals that the issue appears to be SSL cert related (not my strong point).  The address the login window is attempting to load is as follows:

https://accounts.autodesk.com/OAuth/Authorize?viewmode=desktop®istrationkey=&oauth_token=GigJAJR3e41...

With the inspection details as seen here:

Hope these details can help.

Same problem here !  Fusion 360 still works for me, but Slicer is directing me to the A360 site to agree to the Terms of Service.
