Slicer for Fusion 360 - DXF Output Issues

I have recently started using Slicer to create DXF files of 3D models for cutting on a plasma table. Unfortunately I have had several issues with Slicer's DXF output.

1) After I have opened the DXF in Autocad LT and modified the nest or deleted the part numbers from Slicer, or really made any changes at all, I am unable to open the file again after I save. I get a "Press Enter to continue" command and after pressing ENTER, no file is opened. I don't normally work with DWG files at all, but if I save the file as a DWG I am able to open it again.

2) Once I get the DXF how I want it, I need to convert it to a PLT for my CAM software. I do this with Corel Draw X7 by simply opening the file and exporting to PLT. This normally works for every drawing I have ever done, but Corel took nearly ten minutes to export the PLT file (normally a nearly instant process).

3) After getting the PLT into my CAM software (Command n' Cut - Proprietary for the Tracker CNC Plasma Table) I realized why it had taken so long. My drawing that should have only contained 16 objects had over 1500 objects. All of which appeared to be tiny points that were overlapping my existing object lines. I thought that was weird, but I really wanted this to work, so I sorted through all 1500 objects to find my 16 that I needed and set up the job. I ran the job only to find that even the 16 desirable objects had been created with a double line and the cutting head attempted to double trace all lines and ultimately failed to complete the cut due to crashing into a previously separated edge.

I have never had so many issues with my work flow. I was extremely excited when I was able to open and manipulate the DXF file from Slicer in ACAD, because ACAD is how I typically make all of my parts. Which leads me to believe that Slicer's output is somehow the issue. Any advice or help on these issues would be extremely appreciated. I would also be happy to provide any further information needed to solve this issue.

I have attached a DXF file from Slicer that will no longer open in ACAD, as well as the DWG file I saved that I can still open and manipulate. I have been unable to find the mysterious double line

Thanks for your time,

Clayton
