Skull model becomes jagged after repair.

I have made a skull as a T-Spline form, but now I can't finish the form, to proceed it further to 3D print. If I repair it as it suggesting then whole skull deform to almost cubic form, especially catastrophic situation with teeth (photos below, one before and one after repairing). How I can convert this model without destroying model?

Repair isn't going to help here. You went way to far with improper modeling techniques.

1. This should be modeled 805 in box view mode so self intersection are clearly visible.

2. Significantly reduce or completely avoid N-Gons. A 5-sided N-gen here or there is OK, but the amount of 5+-sided N-gons in this model will effectively prevent his from converting.

3. Eliminate triangles!

4. Never attempt thickening, until you are sure a single-shell model converts.

Ok, it seems I need to do another model taking in account all what you have said. Thanks for explanation.
