Sketch Visibility

Is there a way to cut an existing model back to the sketch plane in Fusion (like using the F7 key in Autodesk Inventor sketch mode)?

The "Slice" checkbox in the sketch palette will do this:

Many thanks for the help - I suppose I'm asking too much to be able to Project Cut Edges like Inventor also?

you mean like this?  Use the Project -> Intersect command, with the selection filter set to Body.
