Sketch text is there a way to make it easier to center and align the character box using the center point?

Please tell me if there is a way to do it more easily when doing things like this video.

Yes, the workl fow you are following is great, there is nothing what you could do easier.

You could just start with the sketch at the surface of your body but that would be all.
