Sketch protractor divisions

I am designing a simple gauge to measure aileron deflections on model aircraft. I will be 3d printing the design and wish it to include printed divisions showing the degrees of a protractor.

I want to sketch it on a face, give dimensions to the pattern of divisions so I can extrude. I haven't been able to work this one out yet.

Some advice please?

Sketch one line, 0 - 0,

then cut the face using that line with a Solid Pipe as a cutter,

Circular pattern it, (the Pipe cut feature), I went 45 degrees at 5 degrees, then mirror for the other side,

Sizes to fit the wing etc up to you,
