sketch lines not coincident with fit point spline

Hi guys

in the first photo you can see the horizontal line, (dimensioned 118.837) its horizontal, with a driving dimension, and i have a constraint at each of the line, which is coincident with the adjacent vertical fit point splines.

This horizontal line needs to be 'touching' so that when i go to loft, using the profile ( which will sit on the horizontal line) using the vertical fit point splines, i get success.

You can see below, when you zoom in, the horizontal line is not touching the fit point spline ( at either end)

and so when i do try the loft it fails (which would be expected).

I now need advice on how to force the horizontal line to become "connected or Coincident" with the adjacent fit point splines, so i can loft this feature.

Cheers

If the Constraint is already there, hover over the end point, will flash the L shaped icon.

Second picture is a graphics display anomaly, blue shading is more correct than the line.

If no joy, then 2 ways to do it.

Delete the Dimension, Make Coincident Tool,

select the end point of blue line, select spline, or

Extend the line past the spline, and trim back to the spline, (more consistent here for me)

Do both ends. Replace the Dimension.

im going to try restart fusion again. this wasnt happening to me a hour ago when did the loft, but then i changed the sketch to loft the lower section, i added guide rails, but sketch moved. i have since "fixed" the sketch lines and splines. But something moved and had to redraw that horizontal line a few times with no luck

Doesn't sound good, especially with Loft tool in the frame, the most finicky tool Fusion has.

Attach the file, so we both can see what you need.  Won't get far without separate sketches and purple dots.

Basic rule is to draw all the rails, before the profiles, or visa versa, that way you can Project > Intersect the purple points for the other parts to snap to.
